Come join the leadership team for the Association for the Study of American Indian Literatures!
We are currently seeking a new Webmaster to manage ASAIL’s digital presence. The Webmaster should have some familiarity with website platforms and hosting services, though a detailed knowledge of coding is not necessary. ASAIL uses a WordPress instance and has a website hosted through Reclaim Hosting. The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining ASAIL’s website and updating information as requested by other members of the executive committee in conjunction with our Historian. The Webmaster also plays a crucial role in the yearly virtual conference by helping to coordinate parts of the online experience for attendees as well as helping to create the conference program. Finally, the webmaster also maintains the (still developing) Discord server for members of ASAIL.
The Webmaster is an appointed position on the board. All candidates should be current members of ASAIL at the time of their application.
